Paperwork needed
Just a reminder, we need to have all our paperwork filed with Spokane by February. We need your Health Form, Success Contract, two additional passport pictures that we hold on to when we travel, along with two copies of your passport signature and picture pages. These last two are safety measures in the event of lost or misplaced passports. Be sure to keep a copy of your passport at home as well. Mail all paperwork to Ms Ginny at 5431 Palisades Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45238 Thanks!

Lo0ks like we have most health forms sent in, as well as recommendation letters but now we need to get those extra passport pictures, and 2 c0pies of passport signature pages sent to Ms Ginny
